Program Manager
I. JOB SUMMARY
The program manager is responsible for the execution of one or more simultaneous products under development according to the released product life cycle/phase review process from program approval through volume production. This position works under general supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
A. Ensures that the right product is developed to meet or exceed the company's quality standard and is delivered at the right time.
B. Coordinates the understanding of programs and responsibilities for functions and phases under the constraint of cost concerning material, labor, and process time for various programs.
C. Tracks program against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives, reporting status to supervisor on a regular basis and executive staff on an as needed basis.
D. Develops and implements recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities. Analyze personnel and capital resources in order to meet the production quota; arrange the production schedule and secure materials and services for each contract requirement.
E. Coordinates with customers, through marketing and sales, to provide necessary program status and obtain customer feedback.

III. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education, Experience, and Training
1. Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). Major course work in Business Administration, Technical, Finance, or a related field preferred. Each year of experience as described below in excess of the required three years may be substituted for thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university on a year-for-year basis.
2. Three years full-time, wage earning experience in manufacturing, technology or business.
Cost Management Supervisor
I. JOB SUMMARY
Oversee and maintain the cost accounting system in a manufacturing environment. Support financial analysis, variance analysis and audits. Maintaining various financial reports relative to the Cost Accounting Department. In addition, work in conjunction with the Cost Accounting team to assure a timely month-end close.
II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
A. Reviews and maintains standard cost systems, including bills of material, product routings and standard unit costs.
B. Conducts month-end closing processes for cost, including key balance sheet reconciliations, metrics and other information necessary to support decision making.
C. Reconcile various balance sheet accounts relative to inventories/accounts payable and maintain standard cost supplemental schedules.
D. Cost all materials received and maintain schedules that reflect the latest actual cost for materials.
E. Maintain the purchase price variance report. Capitalize and calculate variances.
F. Responsible for planning, assigning and directing work of cost management team.

III. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education, Experience, and Training
1. Bachelors’ degree from a college or university accredited by an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). Major course work in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred. Each year of experience as described below in excess of the required two years may be substituted for thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university on a year-for-year basis.
2. Three to Five years full-time, wage-earning experience in manufacturing accounting with a minimum of two years in a cost accounting role.
Logistics Coordinator
I. JOB SUMMARY
Performs moderately complex liaison activities between clients and the manufacturing team. Works involves tracking, ordering products, and communicating between the client and the company.
II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
A. Inventory control, maintain healthy DSI and provide JIT business for vendor/s;
B. Oversee all aspects of shipping plans; arrange and facilitate transportation and delivery between carriers;
C. Manage vendor accounts by coordinating daily communication;
D. Maintain record keeping systems and mark material with part numbers, date, and lot codes, revisions etc.; and
E. Effectively communicates and resolves issues.

III. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education, Experience, and Training
1. Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). Major course work in Engineering, Physics, and Business, Economics or a related field preferred. Each year of experience as described below in excess of the required 5 - 10 years may be substituted for thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university on a year-for-year basis.
2. Five - ten year’s full-time, wage-earning experience in engineering, business, or economics.
