A nationally recognized and rapidly growing Medical  Manufacturing Facility based in the Metro West area.   Ameridose is currently seeking an experienced hands on individual for the “Manufacturing Supervisor” position. This is an opportunity for someonewho enjoys a fast-paced, ever changing environment. 

Principle Activities/Duties

1.                  Manages High Volume Thruput (50,000 & units/day)

2.                  Has overall responsibility for production of “make to order” environment..

3.                  Familiar with Sig Sigma systems.

4.                  Manage a 30+  employee department..

5.                  Identifies and introduces new processes to improve productivity and quality consistent with our industry.

6.                  Must be computer literate

7.                  Establishes and implements necessary communication strategies.

8.                  Sets clear expectations and creates accountability through effective performance management.

A minimum of an Associates Degree and two to five years of manufacturing experience is required.  We are also looking for someone, who has the ability to improve processes at all stages, has excellent leadership skills and is a self-starter.  In addition, candidates must be motivated, with high personal integrity, a positive attitude as well as excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and organizational skills.
