Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd or 3rd Shift
About the Job
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible to provide leadership to the production team and coordinate all of the manufacturing processes associated with on time delivery of a quality product at a cost competitive price. Plan and direct production activities and establishes production priorities through the department in order to meet required production volumes and cycle times. Coaches and motivates through regular interaction with employees, and direct team to meet quality and safety requirements. Ensure that all specification are current and that product is manufactured according to the customers specifications and requirements.
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree with at least 5 years manufacturing, supervising and quality related experience and management skills required.
