Expanding 24-hour Paper Manufacturing Company located in Fitchburg, Massachusetts is seeking candidates to fill a Converting Supervisor vacancy.  This position works a rotating shift schedule and would be ideal for an individual who is looking for a career in Operations Management. The Shift Supervisor will direct all employees and activities in a light-manufacturing plant with bi-lingual employees.

Significant duties include the following:

·         Planning and executing production schedules

·         Ensuring high quality and on-time shipment of products

·         Maintaining a safe and efficient operation

·         Training employees

·         Safety enforcement and training

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to lead teams. Fluency in English & Spanish is desirable.  Experience with Oracle and Microsoft Excel computer systems a plus
