Established company is looking for an experienced, energetic Operations Supervisor.  Minimum of one year warehouse or manufacturing experience in a production based environment. Demonstrated strength in employee relations, leadership skills and problem solving skills. Able to work without supervision, and willing to take on added responsibilities. Must have strong computer skills in Excel, Outlook, and Word.  Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Responsibilities

Produces products by monitoring production levels; recommending adjustments to process setting; supervising staff.

Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

Meets production operational standards by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying process improvements.

Requirements

• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing in a manufacturing or warehouse environment


• Experience running a production safety program


• Experience supervising others in a manufacturing or warehouse setting


• Must be well versed in Microsoft Office


• Must have good mechanical aptitude, general maintenance experience is a plus


• Previous experience in a fast paced, high volume, warehouse environment


• Willingness to travel and assist with expertise at other sites as needed.


• Ability to work overtime to include some weekends and holidays.


• Bilingual a Plus
