The Manufacturing technician is responsible for the support of Nova’s consumable strips production line.  Key responsibilities include: set-up, cleaning, maintenance and repair of existing process equipment used for strip production.  This will include maintaining spare parts and tooling inventory and assisting in start-up, set-up, debug and performance validation of various new manufacturing processes and equipment. Requires a minimum of 5 years experience supporting high volume manufacturing equipment and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.   Additional experience would be a plus: manufacturing background of medical devices; experience with SPC in a production environment and an associated technical degree or proven automated process mechanical background. 3^rd shift, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.  Position is located in Billerica, MA.
