The Regional MDM will focus on market development across the Paper Solutions and Packaging segments of Industrial Adhesives in North America and Latin America North. The Regional MDM will support the Global Market Development Managers in implementing the global strategies in the region, and providing direction and insight to the regional marketing specialists.


 


 


What we offer


Provide market intelligence, market analysis and plans, pricing strategy leadership, future market insight, robust value propositions, and coordination with the global marketing team to drive growth in NA / LAN.
Drive Roll-out of global Key Strategic Initiatives (KSI) innovation program as well as strategic priorities in the regions
Generate leads through market intelligence and marketing key initiatives
Steer new products roll out in the region supporting the global Paper Solutions and Packaging units
Marketing Excellence (in the region)\: pricing, channel and marcom strategy & action plans together with regional specialists
Drive innovation pipelines – Adhesive Development Program (ADP) in cooperation with ADP project manager
Drive & execute digital roadmap (regional unit marketing)

Qualification:

Who we are looking for


Solid marketing knowledge and background and at least an undergraduate marketing degree required (MBA a plus)
At least 5 years B2B marketing experience.
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Creative thinker
Self-starter
Results oriented
Strong impact and influencing skills
Excellent business acumen
Experience in the paper solutions industry a plus
