A leader in the manufacturer of Adhesives seeks an Americas Non-Wovens Market Manager for the Disposable Nonwoven Hygiene products industry. The territory includes the Americas, United States, Canada, Middle America and Latin America. Based ANYWHERE in the United States near a major airport. Responsibilities include: Lead regional market opportunity assessment for NW. Lead and develop regional allied supplier strategy. Define regional market initiatives and action plans. Close collaboration with regional sales, PD, and AT teams. Requirements include: B.S. in Marketing. 3+ years experience in business to business Market Management. HYGIENE/NONWOVENS or ADHESIVE experience for value added markets. ENGLISH and SPANISH language skills. Strong ability to assess needs and to define problems and opportunity scenarios. Effectively manage complex innovation projects. Ability to build strong external networks. Ability to travel 50%. Base salary of $75,000-105,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits package.
