Market Project Manager

CHARLOTTE - PHILADELPHIA - ATLANTA (Preferred Locations)

·Responsible directly and through subordinates, for managing all activities and people associated with moderate to complex company projects

·Functions include:

o    Develops project plans and strategies

o   Planning and estimating tasks and timelines

o   Employing creative problem solving to generate solutions and directions

·Supports market needs by coordinating the Treasury Management customer conversion support plans and strategies, including the communications and training model

·Customer-facing experience a plus

·Prefer prior experience in Treasury Management Sales and/or in Product Management, with management responsibility

·Validates with office leadership – customer ownership, customer product usage, customer segmentation and customer contact information

·Defines roles and responsibilities related to customer conversion activities

·Partners with Treasury Management Event Management  and Client Support teams regarding customer exclusions

·Ensures office and customer readiness for each conversion event

·Escalation point for issue resolution

·Collects post mortem feedback for incorporation into future events
