Job Description:
Applicants with one to two years of relevant experience or recent college graduates interested in market research, strategy consulting or financial services are strong candidates for the Analyst position. Analysts at Market Metric play a key role in the development and execution of each of our studies. As an Analyst, you will work closely with all levels of the company (Principals, Associates, and other Analysts) to design research studies, analyze results, and help support client relationships. Through participating in all aspects of a Market Metrics project, our Analysts gain valuable market research experience as well as broad exposure to the financial services industry.
Core responsibilities include:
¾ Survey design
¾ Help oversee the fielding of research studies
¾ Analysis of market research results from various studies
¾ Support client relationships
¾ Attend client meetings and presentations
The Analyst position is designed to be at least a two-year role. After that time, a combination of excellent performance and increased experience on your project teams will make you eligible for promotion to Associate. If promoted, you will start to play a larger role in project management at Market Metrics.
