Job Description:
Advertising / Marketing Coordinator within First Team Advertising & PR. Will also fulfill the important role of Supporting and Directing 411 Marketing inquiries (e-mail & phone) from sales associates and Family of Companies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meticulously proofs and edits all print materials (26 – 30 print publications weekly)
- Make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work for self on a weekly basis
- Responsible for preparing Media Proposal presentation and communication materials
- Coordinates and administers internal and external agent collateral: Updates firstteam.net w/ new marketing / agent / print pieces
- Assists agents with inquiries on such items as: blue package, ordering of flyers / postcards, media proposals, PR, any additional product needs
- Assists in the execution of submitting company PR to current print publications
- Maintains inventory in marketing stock room (paper, toner, postcards, print slicks, etc)
This individual will make continuous use professional & business vocabulary while assisting sales associates and maintain a detailed knowledge of department operations & procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must have impeccable proofreading and organizational skills, as well as an exemplary accuracy.
- Effective oral and written communication skills partnered with a strong use of judgment are essential in this fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
- Must have demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks.
