Marketing Assistant Clerk

SUMMARY


We are seeking an entry level Marketing Assistant to support marketing and advertising activities within the department.
 
Responsibilities:
·          Assist in administrative functions (phones, filing, mail, meeting set-up)
·          Assist team members with projects to ensure timely execution of campaigns
·          Set up and test promotions
·          Prepare communications to field personnel
·          Process purchase orders and store orders
·          Proofreading
·          Maintain inventory control of all marketing material
·          Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
·          Performs other duties as assigned
 
Requirements:
·          Must posses strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
·          Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
·          Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
·          Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams
·          Must possess strong organizational skills and be detailed oriented
·          Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
