A senior living community in Chicago seeks a dedicated Marketing Assistant to manage the sales office located in the Western Suburbs.
Must be organized and have excellent administrative skills, including a good working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Windows and Word, Power Point, and REPS, ACT! or similar lead tracking system.
A minimum of three years experience, preferably in a sales environment. Must be efficient, accurate, patient and socially poised. Experience with event planning is a plus. Position requires extensive public contact.
