Marketing Assistant needed at prestigious mid-town law firm. Handle event support and coordination; maintain client lists and invitations. Process department invoices; maintain Logo item inventory and marketing materials; Assist with media tracking and reporting, ordering article reprints as needed and assist with website updates.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Required Skills:
- Bachelor degree, and 3-5 years Law firm marketing experience required
- Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and presentation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Very high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to manage several projects at one time
- Strong computer skills for data entry, research and records maintenance
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
