Responsibilities:


·         Design highly effective, image-enhancing programs with engineering and product marketing.


·         Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate the marketing communications plans for the assigned products.


·         Utilize a variety of tools (web CMS, CRM, Marketing Automation) to execute programs.


·         Monitor the effectiveness of the marketing communication programs that have been implemented, seeking feedback, and calibrating programs as needed to ensure improvement in the future.


·         Working with the Creative Services Manager or her/his designee, coordinate and monitor all design, photography, creative, art and mechanical production processes for assigned programs.


·         Work with Marketing Communications Management, Accounting, and the business or application group marketing management to establish and track marketing communication team’s budgets related to assigned programs or business unit (s).


Qualifications:


·         7 years experience in marketing or marketing communications role.  BA in Advertising, Communications, related field or equivalent job experience.


·         Must have demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate various program elements and schedules simultaneously.  Knowledge of, and successful application of academic and conceptual use of various promotional elements required.


·         Familiarity and experience with Microsoft CMS, CRM systems, and marketing automation solution (Eloqua) a plus.


·         Ability to coordinate various program and service elements and schedules simultaneously.


·         Knowledge of academic and conceptual use of both the strategic role and tactical elements within the marketing mix such as brand, marketing, advertising, promotions, public relations, trade shows and sales. Proficient English speaking, reading, and writing required.
