Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, the Marketing Communications Manager will provide a broad range of communications and marketing support for STANLEY Healthcare with specific ownership and management of two main areas: web content and sports marketing.  This position can be based either in our Fremont, CA or Waltham, MA office

Web Content 

Create, develop and manage content for STANLEY Healthcare’s web presence (requires working with content management software)

Work with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties

Copyedit and proofread all web content

Track and report on all site metrics

Work cooperatively with key team members and vendors

Sports Marketing 

Develop and maintain sports marketing calendar for STANLEY Healthcare.  This includes working with Stanley Black and Decker motorsports program and Corporate Brand Marketing team as well as customer events.

Plan, implement and follow-up on all sports marketing events

Marketing and Communication Programs 

Assist in reviewing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines.

Help plan, organize, execute and manage events including tradeshows, customer and partner events, industry events, sales training sessions and other corporate events.

Determine fiscal requirements and prepare budgetary recommendations
Required Skills & Experience 

Requires excellent written and verbal communications.

Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.

Knowledge of HTML and experience with Drupal content management system.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Strong computer skills.

Superior professionalism and judgment.

Strong work ethic.

Five of more years of experience in program development and marketing.

Nonessential/Preferred Education, Skills & Experience

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required.

Prior association and/or international markets experience desired but not necessary.

Healthcare experience desired but not necessary.
