  • Excellent writing  skills is a MUST


  • Planning, creating and/or managing marketing literature, websites and online event promotion campaigns


  • Perform day-to-day operations of the front desk administrative including but not limited to managing team calendars, scheduling events, database management, handle incoming calls.


  • Drive all marketing strategies, email campaigns, online and print promotional material.


  • Establish and drive client communications that are standardized and of high-quality and effectively represent the brand of TCBE/TrustPoint Management Group.


  • Direct communications to ensure that high-level messaging and information flows regularly between TCBE/TrustPoint Management Group and its clients.


  • Generate effective marketing campaigns by presenting excitement through ideas, concepts and strong graphic representation.


  • Maintain, update and promote company websites by providing up-to-date information and managing incoming requests for information.



    Experience and Education




    • 2+ years experience working in a professional services Marketing environment


    • Strong creative design skills in print and web


    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and CRM)


    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills


    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced professional environment


    • Proven project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
