High-tech software company—located just outside of Boston—is currently looking to hire a Marketing Communications Director to join their thriving team!!  In this role, you will be responsible for working with company leadership to re-define, develop and implement a new and innovative online marketing strategy.  This is a hands-on, highly visible role where you will specifically be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns and activities to meet aggressive goals; identifying, analyzing and negotiating performance-based media and managing strategic relationships with networks, agencies and marketing providers; improving the quality of campaigns by measuring and controlling ROI; tracking quantitative metrics; allocating budget and campaign resources accordingly; and providing leadership to your team, acting as a knowledgeable resource on behalf of your function and managing additional projects, as needed.  The qualified Marketing Communications Director must have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-6 years of experience in marketing communications, web technology, on- and off-line marketing campaigns and customer lead generation; will exhibit a proactive, creative, hands-on and organized work ethic, coupled with exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation and project management skills; integrated marketing campaign lifecycle management experience; and you should have CRM administration experience.  Technical skill knowledge should include advanced understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; Dreamweaver; HTML; SalesForce; Mac Sox; and the full Microsoft Office suite.  This is an outstanding opportunity to join a dynamic, rapidly-growing company in an integral, valuable role!!
