Marketing Communications Manager (Group Retiree Solutions Business)

Responsible for managing the communications strategy for large strategic groups. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: manages marketing communications and marketing material production. Defines and establishes appropriate communication strategies and timelines to support corporate and operational initiatives. Develops materials, and develops communications. Creates and maintains departmental communication projects and materials, and assists in production and distribution. Explores and implements additional ways to promote additional programs. Manages the account web site, training and communications to the account and the operations and implementation team. Trains service operations and internal clients on policy changes through training materials, hands-on training and ongoing updates.
Qualifications
Requires a BA/BS degree; 5 years of experience; prior experience working with and managing clients or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Prior experience in communications and marketing in Medicare preferred.
