Marketing Communications Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager who will be responsible for helping to identify and subsequently executing the strongest and most efficient attendee marketing strategy for our established brand, Pri-Med.

The Marketing Communications Manager will have the valuable opportunity to leverage his/her knowledge of the various channels of direct marketing strategy and execution to help grow the business! Managing and meeting marketing timelines and goals/objectives is the baseline for success in this role, and additional areas of responsibility will include:

·         Leveraging multiple channels (mail, email, print & web), plan, manage and implement integrated, single-product marketing campaigns

·         Setting, managing and meeting marketing objectives

·         Managing, monitoring & reporting on a multi-campaign budget

·         Setting expectations and proactively opening doors for creative development

·         Ensuring that communications deliver against marketing strategy both on time and in budget

·         Interacting with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Traffic, and creative teams to ensure that all deliverables meet timeline, budgetary and quality standards

·         Offering technical direct marketing training and expertise, as well as serving as a resource within and outside of the department. 

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of experience in direct marketing (B2C) and print production, with 3+ years of management experience
  • Direct Marketing Agency experience & exposure to direct mail & email marketing preferred
  • A broad knowledge base in direct marketing, product, creative development, and communications production
  • An extensive background in multi-channel marketing strategies, product launches, communication and program development, and database marketing
  • Proven track record of developing successful direct marketing plans to drive lead generation, conversion, and retention
  • Must be proficient at managing the creative process and traffic
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an innovative, energetic and fast paced work environment is essential
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite applications
