We are currently seeking a highly creative, high energy, innovative professional for a Marketing Communictions position for our organization located in Arlington Heights, Illinois.   Only Local Candidates will be considered.

The requirements for this position are as follows:

-PROFICIENT IN ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE AND MICROSOFT OFFICE. EXPOSURE TO WEB DESIGN IS DESIRED

-BACHELORS DEGREE IN MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS OR RELATED DISCIPLINE

-A MIN. OF 2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN AD AGENCY OR IN RELATED ROLE

-KNOWLEDGE OF CORPORATE BRANDING, RESEARCH, CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT, PRINT/ELECTRONIC PRODUCTION, MULTI-MEDIA PRODUCTION, AND DIRECT MEDIA AND MEASUREMENT/METRICS

-STRONG ANALYTICAL, QUANTITATIVE AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS ARE PARAMOUNT

-EXCEPTIONAL WRITTEN/COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED

-PROOF READING SKILLS AND EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL A MUST

-AND CUTTING EDGE CREATIVITY!

The responsibilities for this position will include but not be limited to:

-Develop and execute the designs and layouts for various advertising

-Support and execute updates to websites and suggest creative solutions pertaining to online needs

- Maintain consistent corporate image, brand standards and creative positioning on all creative productions

-identifies and utilizes current and new technology to enhance overall creative solutions

-Assist Marketing Manager in the development of major marketing initiatives.
