Description
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the development, administration and execution of policies and procedures which support the overall activities of the Marketing organization. In partnership with the VP of Marketing, create, fulfill, and execute marketing and communication assignments. Establish and maintain exceptional relationships with internal customers, insuring successful program delivery and high customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates conferences and event logistics
- Coordinate, plan and schedule all speaking and entertainment events.
- Serve as backup on booth management and attend shows as necessary.
- Supervise install and dismantle of booth when necessary.
- Plan/coordinate pre and post show meetings.
- Maintains lead generation database in coordination with sales representatives and other marketing team members
- Organizes and manages all lists for telemarketing activities
- Assist in tracking budget and expenses for ROI and budget analysis.
- Coordinate purchase of and shipping of literature, promotional items, and other items required for events.
- Maintain promotional items inventory and fulfills requests as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
REQUIREMENTS (Specific knowledge, skills, education and abilities)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, advertising or related field
- Excitement for advertising and marketing
- Exceptional customer focus and high energy to service clients’ needs. Possesses a natural ability to relate well with others, have a persuasive attitude and be a team player
- Solid knowledge of advertising production and execution
- Basic understanding of the marketing function.
- Strong, clear communication and writing skills
- Good presentation skills a plus.
- Must be able to solve problems, look for the best viable alternatives in the face of adversity, quick thinker.
