Marketing Coordinator

About the Job

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Coordinator interfaces with business owners, sales/ISS, Compliance, vendors, ad agencies, print production staff and other marketing personnel to create and deliver collateral and advertising materials for Bravo Health members and prospective members.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Draft and edit marketing and member communication materials. 

  • Work with business owners to create clear, compliant communications that meet Bravo Health’s brand standards.

  • Assure that all marketing materials are compliant with CMS, State and Bravo Health brand guidelines.

  • Provide organizational support for Marketing Department.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or relevant work experience.

  • 2-5 years marketing experience.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of database management and marketing design systems

  • Demonstrated ability to interact positively with participants, caregivers, community resources and staff

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to function independently

  • Professional attitude and team player

  • Demonstrated ability in organization and time management

 

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

  • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of management throughout the company

  • Ability to work, interact and effectively communicate within a team

 

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other software applications

  • Database software knowledge preferred

 

PROBLEM SOLVING:

  • Demonstrated ability and experience with making sound decisions based on data available

  • Strong ability to identify and assess compliance risk for Medicare and related programs/products

 

PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY:

  • Excellent skill and ability to identify compliance risk factors

  • Strong conflict resolution skills

 

DECISION MAKING SKILLS:

  • Ability to provide recommendations and make clear decisions based on established guidelines

  • Ability to make sound decisions on internal controls; interpret/identify compliance issues

 

SUPERVISORY SKILLS:

Ability to provide clear guidance with interpretation on compliance issues to all levels of organization

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS;

  • Ability to work in a highly professional business environment

  • Ability to work overtime, including nights and weekends

  • Flexible and able to travel when needed for business reasons
