POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator interfaces with business owners, sales/ISS, Compliance, vendors, ad agencies, print production staff and other marketing personnel to create and deliver collateral and advertising materials for Bravo Health members and prospective members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft and edit marketing and member communication materials.
- Work with business owners to create clear, compliant communications that meet Bravo Health’s brand standards.
- Assure that all marketing materials are compliant with CMS, State and Bravo Health brand guidelines.
- Provide organizational support for Marketing Department.
- Additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or relevant work experience.
- 2-5 years marketing experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of database management and marketing design systems
- Demonstrated ability to interact positively with participants, caregivers, community resources and staff
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to function independently
- Professional attitude and team player
- Demonstrated ability in organization and time management
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of management throughout the company
- Ability to work, interact and effectively communicate within a team
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other software applications
- Database software knowledge preferred
PROBLEM SOLVING:
- Demonstrated ability and experience with making sound decisions based on data available
- Strong ability to identify and assess compliance risk for Medicare and related programs/products

- Excellent skill and ability to identify compliance risk factors

- Ability to provide recommendations and make clear decisions based on established guidelines
