Marketing Coordinator
Andover-based manufacturer seeks Marketing Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Order and manage all advertising/merchandising programs i.e. ordering literature, store display materials, banners, etc.

nventory Management: Interact with warehouse personnel to ensure that merchandising items are in stock and available. Responsible for trade show booth activities i.e., scheduling, shipping, set-up, shipment, creation of merchandising materials as directed.
Communications as needed. Including but not limited to: memos, dealer mailings, announcements, trade press releases, technical information, customer/distributor lists, price lists, Spec sheets, MSDS, labels, advertising leads and fulfillment programs.
Provide marketing support services to management and field sales, including sales and training presentations in digital and printed format.
Field calls from outside vendors and manage a vendor library of goods and services.
Coordinates as needed sales meetings and customer events.
Organize and manage product and industry libraries.
Provide support materials for meetings as directed.
Prepare image, audio, video and other digital files for fulfillment of customer and vendor requests.
Ad trafficking
Maintain websites for content including dealer locator.
Attend marketing and other meetings as necessary.
Attend training courses in areas where skills may be enhanced.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint
1-3 years experience, well-organized, self motivated Excellent oral and written skills
Ability to work in a challenging, multi-task, in-house agency environment.
Bachelors Degree required, Business or Marketing preferred
Prefer:
- Familiarity with Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and other web/design software
