Marketing Coordinator

Coordinates and takes the appropriate actions to advance enrollment in Fresenius Medical Services programs and initiatives. This includes maintaining regular telephone contact with the customers for the programs and initiatives, determining the next
required action and contacting and notifying the pertinent person (customer or the appropriate FMS employee) regarding the next
step needed, and then following up as appropriate. Develops and maintains a database of affiliated FMS customers, internal (FMS staff, affiliated physicians, patients) and external,to facilitate targeted outreach regarding business initiatives. Utilizes database to track extent and status of progress in adoption of pertinent initiative by targeted customer. Ensures database contains required information for each customer such as: full contact information, progress toward
enrollment, and identification of the next action step necessary toward full enrollment in initiative. Provides progress reports about the status of enrollment in various initiatives, to VP Marketing and other stakeholders.
Collaborates with FMS managers and Physician Strategies personnel to develop a 'priority list' of customers who wouldbenefit from the intervention services provided by the Coordinator position. Facilitates the enrollment of customers into pertinent FMS programs or initiatives, including but not limited to the following examples:
The completion of physician profiles in the HealthGrades system.
The evaluation and testing of the of Acumen nEHR tool.
The coordination of presentations regarding expansion of scope of InPatient Services contracts to include apheresis.
Explaining the FMCRx service option.
May perform one or more of the following activities to promote the adoption of the initiative or enrollment in the program. Answering any questions or objections;
Coordinating an agreement on a 'next steps' plan of action by all parties;
Providing follow-up, reminders, etc to expedite next steps;
Reviewing and interpreting usage tracking reports with customers as motivation to progress;
Demonstrating and presenting the initiative or program primarily using the telephone, conference call, or web conferencing.

High School diploma required and Bachelors degree preferred. 3 years customer service or telemarketing experience
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills to - oral and written.
Demonstrated professional telephone manner.
Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize
Ability to interface with all levels of management and employees
Proficiency with telephone call center technology, web conferencing, MS Office Suite (esp. PowerPoint) and database tracking software
