Marketing Coordinator

About the Job

Job Summary:            

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Assistant Vice President, Marketing to support various marketing initiatives

 

Key Responsibilities:

·          Develop, manage and execute effective marketing plans and processes for all RFP/RFQ and RFEIs including internal ad copy development, follow up marketing reports, billing and maintenance of the Excel-based  tracking system

·          Responsible for media buying, research and management of media database

·          Manage company-wide electronic communications including newsletters, direct mail campaigns and tracking

·          Responsible for list management

·          Project management and support for various initiatives

 

Qualifications:

·          Bachelor’s Degree

·          3 years experience in business, marketing, advertising and related fields

·          MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint are essential

·          Strong written and oral communication skills

·          Ability to work independently or as part of a team

·          Exceptional organizational skills

·         Positive, proactive attitude.

·         Basic HTML skills and/or media buying a plus

·         New York City residence is required within 180 days of hire.

·         Must provide an online portfolio of design work.
