SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Marketing on developing and implementing the Company’s marketing plan and initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator assists in the production of promotional materials and project management that result in the Company’s increased positive visibility in the Financial Services industry.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assists in the development and implementation of marketing, advertising, promotions, and public relations efforts for the Capital Markets Group
· Works with marketing team to provide cross-functional support to National Accounts, Investor Relations, Sales and Fulfillment teams
· Assists in filing and approval of all marketing material with applicable regulatory agencies
· Assists the orders for promotional and marketing items as needed for use at conferences
· Is a diligent steward of company resources and budgets, maintaining quality, while effectively managing costs
· Other related duties as assigned.
SPECIFIC SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required
· Experience in real estate and securities investment/marketing
· 3-5 years experience in the industry
· Possesses strong writing, presentation and creative thinking skills
· Exceptional communication, organization and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment
· Computer literate with specific focus on Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites, exposure to CRM systems and e-marketing systems a plus
· Work well under pressure and make sound business decisions in both a team and individual setting
· Familiarity with basic and extensive concepts and practices in all areas of sales and marketing
· Ability to use an extensive degree of creativity and latitude in accomplishing objectives
