We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Coordinator to assist with the support, management, development and implementation of the lead process. As well as provide input to maximize the overall effectiveness of the Marketing and telemarketing teams. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the correct usage by the Marketing group and maintaining SalesForce.com, analyzing key lead/opportunity metrics as well as pulling reports of KPIs.
This position requires a significant amount of interaction with the Marketing, Sales, and IT departments. This individual will work with these groups to continually streamline the lead process from generation, to system input, follow up and reporting on conversion rates. He/she will work closely with corporate trainers to ensure that the sales teams are following the appropriate lead follow up process.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, service-oriented individual with a strong knowledge of CRM technology (SalesForce.com preferred) and have exceptional analytical skills with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
§ Maintain and report on leads management processes to increase Marketing/Sales effectiveness
§ Assist in the development and ongoing enhancement of SalesForce.com to support Marketing processes
§ Develop, monitor and continuously improve metrics and measurements for tracking campaign and marketing activity effectiveness on a reoccurring basis
§ Create and maintain active campaign lists ensuring current processes are enforced
§ Collaboration with international marketing team to insure global consistency in lead and campaign management as well as reporting
§ Responsible for ensure lead and campaign processes are followed by campaign owners
§ Assist with marketing projects on as needed basis
Qualifications
§ BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
§ 2 years experience in leads management and/or financial analyst positions
§ 1+ years experience with SalesForce.com or enterprise-level CRM software preferred
§ Experience working with cross-functional teams
§ Experience using Microsoft Office Suite; strong skills in Microsoft Excel required
§ Strong analytical abilities, organization and project/process management skills, including ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
§ Knowledge of the typical Sales cycle and the role of information management in the cycle
§ Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
