Overall Function:

Under general supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will provide marketing support, coordination, and planning for the company and their effort to advance the goals of D.F. Pray, assuring broader recognition of the organization’s presence in the industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager to coordinate all of the company’s marketing efforts. These efforts include advertising, tradeshows, website maintenance, event planning, strategic planning, and overall brand management. Responsibilities will also include project reporting, photography scheduling, preparing presentations, and assembling qualification packages. Celebrating their 50th anniversary, D.F. Pray is also seeking a candidate to guide, direct, and implement a fresh look to their marketing collateral.

 

Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or graphic design. Candidate must show keen attention to detail, results-oriented, and possess the ability to take direction and be self-sufficient in carrying out daily responsibilities. The ideal candidate must also have a creative sense and experience in print design and production (web knowledge an added benefit). Strong communication skills are a must and the ability to interface with vendors and clients.

 

Software Proficiencies:

Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook

Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, (Dreamweaver – a plus!)
