Central NJ midsized architectural firm seeks a marketing coordinator.  The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, English or related, and 2-3 years direct experience in the AEC industry.

Duties will include:

·         Assembling SOQs and proposals

·         Writing and updating project sheets, proposal materials and resumes

·         Preparing presentations

·         Supporting trade show appearances

·         Developing advertisements

·         Managing calendar of events

·         Managing database

·         Mailings and website updates

Requires a self starter able to work independently with technical skills including InDesign, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Adobe.
