Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator supports all marketing efforts of the department: new product launches, additional vertical support and increased productivity are offset by the Marketing Coordinator.
Job Description:
Trade Show Coordination: Signs up all approved trade shows and chooses booth. All collateral needs, attendee lists, directory listings, and contact with vendor is coordinated. Maintains tradeshow calendar and assures booth is paid. Tradeshow files maintained and additional coordination as per Laura Bavetz.
Sponsorships: Researches and submits new sponsorships for approval, assures payment, keeps a calendar and organization. Submits all needed materials for sponsorship such as listing updates, logos, blurbs, ads etc.
Speaking Opportunities and Awards: Researches, submits and coordinates new speaking and award opportunities for approval; submits speaker bio, photo, abstract and any other needed materials. Maintains contact with sponsorship and award vendor to assure they have all they need for submission. Maintain calendar and files.
Associations: Maintain association memberships; renewals, organize and maintain a current listing of all pertinent information, build prospect lists, submit new prospects to mgmt. Assure and coordinate benefits.
Lead phone: Lead phone is backed up during Mktg Admin’s lunch and absence.
Budget, Invoice Tracking: All invoices are coded and sent to accounting and put in a notebook. All credit card charges are entered onto a spreadsheet and sent to accounting with descriptions, amounts and dates (15th of the month).
General department organization and tracking: Shared drive filing, spreadsheet maintenance, department emails to sales, marketing and sales calendar updates, collateral inventory, shipping, various requests from reps, offset increased production of dept.
