We are currently looking for a Marketing Director to head
all sales efforts and manage leads. The position requires a majority of time
spent generating outside sales leads to community senior groups, physicians,
physical therapy centers, etc. Applicant must be a self-driven, autonomous,
professional, well-spoken, charismatic and dynamic individual. Compensation
will be weighted towards results. We pay for success. Potential for high 5
digit compensation.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Generate sales leads through outside sales calls

·       
Establish positive relationships with local senior
organizations

·       
Assist in the organization of any direct marketing
campaigns

·       
Organize and manage periodic open houses and
information sessions

·       
Maintain a file of all leads

·       
Follow-up with leads, as required

·       
Assist in conducting tour for potential residents

·       
Assist in the check-in process of new residents

Ø      University
degree is a plus

Ø      Basic
computer skills required

Ø      Experience
in Healthcare, though not required is also a plus

Ø      Applicant
must have immediate availability and may have to work some nights or weekends,
as required

Ø      Must
have compassion and desire to work with the elderly
