Requirements
l Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Marketing or related discipline
l Minimum of 7 years Marketing Manager experience in retail/dining or shopping mall
l Familiar with event planning, advertising, promotion, public/media relations, sponsorship, and research
l Strong communication and presentation skills
l Bilingual Chinese / English
Major Responsibilities
l Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy of shopping mall
l Initiate and guide collaborative efforts towards the development of comprehensive marketing programs of shopping mall
l Create, distribute and measure response to all types of shopping mall communications including websites, newsletters, presentations, flyers, letters, and branding initiatives
l Coordinate a relationship with retail/ dining department and initiate discussions to determine potential marketing opportunities on physical and online stores
l Provide general marketing direction to the retail/ dining department upon request
l Benchmark, communicate and track marketing program execution
