JOB TITLE: Marketing Director

QUALIFICATIONS: College degree required. Concentration in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred. At least three years in marketing director role within professional services environment. Strong leadership and consensus building skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program. Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with many diciplines at all levels in the organization. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills. Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. Need good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications. Background in healthcare a plus.

Position Summary
The Marketing Director is to direct company’s overall marketing and strategic planning program in the Education Center and Home Health Agency in addition to corporate marketing communications. Facilitate client development through marketing and client services programs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company. Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans
Ø Organize and implement client relations through a variety of venues
Ø Design and plan quarterly marketing training seminars
Ø Market outside vendors to increase public awareness of VMT and attract potential students
Ø Develop marketing tools for the school and home health agency
Ø Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, etc.
Ø Solicit potential students with special admission events such as open houses, meet and greet, etc.
Ø Advertise programs through local advertisements such as newspapers, magazines, and other venues, such as cold calling, etc.
Ø Oversee/develop company electronic marketing efforts including supervision of Web site design and maintenance
Ø Follow-up on all leads/inquires
Ø Provide monthly status reports to Executive Vice President
Ø Submit quarterly calendar of activity
Ø Other duties as assigned
