MARKETING DIRECTOR – BUILDING PRODUCTS

POSITION SUMMARY:

Develop and implement marketing strategies and objectives to grow this category and attract dealer and retail customers.  This includes development and implementation of marketing programs, including advertising, public relations, product management and sales/customer training. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education:  Four year Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 7-10 years of industry related experience
• Experience:  Minimum of five years experience in Exterior building products.  Demonstrated success in leading strategic multi-product services marketing organizations.  Demonstrated ability to interface at all levels of the organization and work in a fast paced environment.  Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, presentation and organizational skills 

The Marketing Director will be based in the Western Michigan area.  Base salary is commensurate with experience.  This position offers a very lucrative bonus potential, and all major medical benefits, including both a generous matching 401K and a retirement package.
