Responsibilities include:

- Identify retail & outside event venues for product display (ie. malls, festivals & trade shows)
- Recruit, hire, train & mentor a part-time staff of marketing representatives in multiple locations
- Promote continual market growth and profitability

Compensation includes a base salary, monthly bonuses, gas card, cell phone, medical, vision, dental and prescription benefits and a 401k with profit sharing.
