Contract Marketing Professional - Project Based

3 - 5 + Years Marketing Experience Required

Description of Role:

We are in immediate need of a contract Marketing professional that can help our firm through a company re-launch and re-branding process. This position places a premium on creativity, broad “hands-on” marketing experience with tremendous detail and accuracy.  This is NOT a coordinator position, this is a “do it yourself, hand-on” position. There is immediate project demands, but also the opportunity to develop a on-going relationship in regards to specific marketing functions outlines below.

Essential Functions:

·              Develop content for web-site, datasheets and corporate PowerPoint presentation.

·              Work with web design team on content and graphic conversion of current web-site to new theme.

·              Design, develop and launch final data sheets to support sales process.

·              Design, develop and launch corporate Powerpoint slide deck to support sales process.

·              Manage corporate web-site on ad hoc basis when changes are requested.

·              Manage company quarterly newsletter process.

·              Updating of company table top display for marketing events on an ad hoc basis.

·              Evaluate and make recommendations on how to improve current webinar process.

·              Evaluate and make recommendations on how to improve e-based customer communications.

Qualifications:

·         MUST BE ACCURATE, PRECISE AND DILIGENT. WE ARE NOT PAYING TO PROOFREAD MISTAKES.

·         Creative. Ability to build documents with right combination of content and visual appearance.

·              Adept skill of learning an industry and creating relevant marketing content for target markets.

·              Experience with a web content management system and HTML experience a big plus.

·         Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint a must.  We are looking for very advanced PPT design capabilities.  

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Strong personal computing skills. .

·         Knowledge of MS Windows, Outlook and Word.  SalesForce.com experience a plus.

·         4 year college degree preferred.

·         3-5 Years of experience in general marketing and communications.

Compensation:

·         Hourly:  $30.00 - $60.00 per hour depending on level of experience.
