As a marketing senior manager, within Credit Card Services, you will be responsible for Internet marketing channel strategy to acquire new customers for Chase branded and co-branded products.  This includes marketing strategy, portal design, internal ad serving, banners and SEO/SEM.   
 
The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in ROI-based online marketing; have demonstrated innovation in creating new internet marketing strategies and tactics; and have website design/optimization experience. 
 
Responsibilities:
·    Play a leadership role in redesigning Chase.com to create an optimal sales experience for new and existing customers.
·    Identify and work collaboratively to implement universe expansion acquisition opportunities online, across Chase's web sites, affiliates, 3rd party media buys and partner web properties
·    Develop strategic media opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce average customer acquisition costs
·    Consultation with Relationship Management team on strategy and results
·   Attend meetings and prepare presentations to update internal clients, partners and senior management
·   Ongoing forecasting to review risks and opportunities for online channel programs
·    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
·    Strategic leadership on Chase Brand Campaigns and new partner launches with online initiatives
·    Act as a subject-matter expert on cross functional projects and initiatives that impact online or offer opportunity/universe expansion
·    Utilize internal/external reporting and analysis to make ongoing campaign optimization recommendations
Management of direct reports as well as, of cross functional teams


  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.  Course work in marketing, advertising, or communications is preferred.

  • Five plus years experience in online marketing 

  • Portal design, Ad Serving / Optimization experience highly desired

  • Experience working with online performance tracking, optimization and measurement tools.  Strong ROI focus with ability to analyze reports to develop ongoing recommendations.

  • Experience in managing vendors

  • Marketing functional, technical and operational knowledge important

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, as well as, lead cross-functional teams is required

  • Strong project management, multi-tasking, leadership skills
