MARKETING MANAGER

 

Summary:

The role is responsible for strategic marketing.  The ideal candidate has a broad knowledge of marketing and can articulate the benefits of our Software-as-a-Service Solutions.  Early-stage company mentality is a must.  You need to be able to learn quickly and be flexible to adapt to changing market needs.

 

Job responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to create leads for the direct sales team, including webinar management, directs mail, email campaigns, and tradeshows.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to existing customers for up-sell and renewal initiatives, including webinar management, direct mail and email campaigns.
  • Report and manage marketing return on investment through Netsuite CRM.
  • Website management through third party, including usability, updates and search engine optimization.
  • Search Engine Marketing (Google) experience a plus.
  • Build and enhance brand awareness in order to capitalize and leverage the company's competitive advantage, including identifying and securing speaking engagements, article submissions, and advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Develop and manage collateral materials (Data Sheets, Case Studies, etc)
  • Develop newsletter, press releases, white papers, and case studies.
  • Manage new market research initiatives.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Marketing and/or Communications is preferred.
  • 2-3 years marketing experience in a web based company and/or start up.
  • Strong written and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • High level of energy.
  • Ability to travel.
