Castro Roofing in East Dallas, is looking for a Marketing Manager.
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will work with the Marketing and Creative Services Director and is responsible for executing and monitoring all tactical marketing activities as it relates to the Company’s strategic marketing plan.
Candidate must have an understanding of marketing, advertising, trade show/event planning, data research, hopper systems, customer relationship management and functions under minimal supervision. We are seeking someone with a clear speaking voice to answer multiple incoming phone calls. Candidate will need to work with others, be proactive and maintain a creative approach to problem solving.

We are in need of someone with exemplary follow-up and follow-through skills. Being reliable, punctual and having a positive attitude go a long way.
This is a small office environment where you will be in charge of your own position reporting directly to the Marketing and Creative Services Director.
Starting salary $40-55K. Benefit package includes profit sharing, and major medical package. References will be required.

- 1 Year experience in a Marketing coordinator role
- 2 Years experience in executing and monitoring marketing plans
- 2 years experience working with marketing vendors and client base
- Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding goals and managing the marketing process
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)
Preferences:
- Experience in database management (Excel)
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Ability to create and maintain high quality standards in customer service
- Organized and self directed with an outgoing personality
