Position available:  Marketing Manager - Northern Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro Area location.

Local Financial Advisory Business looking for an outgoing, self-starter to assist them by directing, managing, and supporting new client acquisitions.  This is a new position to an established Advisory business.  This position will report directly to the President. 

Marketing Manager duties will include:

  Development and implementation of the firms annual marketing plan including scheduling client events and seminars
  
  
• 
  
  Distributing a biweekly client newsletter
  
  
• 
  
  Building a CRM system and managing the firms communication to existing and prospective clients. 
  
  
• 
  
  Actively meeting, conversing, and regularly visiting with our 700 independent business owner accounting clients to promote and discuss our available financial planning services.
  
  
• 
  
  We anticipate 50% of the Marketing Managers time will be spent off site (Metro Only).

Prior Marketing Experience is preferred. Experience in the investment, advisory, and/ or insurance industry is a plus.  Candidates will be required to possess or obtain Series 6 Securities licensing.  All applicants must have a clean personal history and be willing to be fingerprinted.  A four-year college degree is required.

Base Pay: $ 34,000 - $ 44,000 plus car allowance and bonus. Salary based on experience.
