Johnstone Supply, Inc., the nation’s largest HVAC/R wholesale distribution Cooperative, has an exciting opportunity as a Product Marketing Manager for our HVAC Controls Division.  This position, located at our Corporate Office in Portland, OR, is responsible for executing the overall strategic marketing plan to grow market share of assigned product lines/brands, including product selection, vendor negotiations, inventory planning, advertising and promotions, pricing, financial analysis, sales and adding value to our Members ensuring they have what they need to service their customer.

 The ideal candidate will have:

·         Knowledge of product sales, marketing, pricing structures and promotional principles

·         Knowledge of product purchasing and inventory control principles

·         Ability to analyze financial and overall business impact of marketing decisions

·         Ability to develop win-win relationships and negotiate on behalf of Johnstone Supply’s Membership

·         Skill in managing people to meet mutual goals and objectives

·         HVAC/R industry experience

·         Ability to travel 25%
