Job Summary
The marketing manager will oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities. They will work closely with company leadership and external marketing partners to develop marketing strategy and to establish marketing campaigns that enhance our visibility in the marketplace. This position is hands-on in the day-to-day management and execution of all aspects of the marketing plan, including the creation, development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of customer-centric marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
· Collaborating with company leaders and external marketing team to develop integrated marketing
initiatives across all channels that meet marketing and business objectives
· Driving marketing solutions and managing marketing projects from conception to completion
· Identifying opportunities that support the company’s brand and business goals
· Developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote new customer-segment growth or
reduce attrition; including testing and measuring the effectiveness of programs
· Defining target audience, key customer-segments and opportunities for differential treatment
· Communicate with leaders regarding marketing program progress, outcomes, and budgetary
requirements
· Track, measure and evaluate performance data
· Coordinating printing projects, including brochures, postcards, internal forms, and promotional materials
· Creative writing, proofreading, copy editing, and letter composition
· Assisting in creating display ads, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials
· Research and analysis projects
· Event management

· Deadline driven, detail oriented and can manage multiple projects at any given time
· Has great communication skills and the ability to work well with multiple teams
· Can think strategically, bring new ideas to the table and drive results-oriented marketing initiatives
· Has excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
· Will have the willingness to challenge the status quo and develop new strategies and best practices that
are more effective and more efficient than historical practices
· Highly professional team player with a positive, can-do attitude and is willing to take on tasks at any level
to ensure success
· Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
· Possesses demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles
Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
· 4+ years experience in marketing and/or management
· Excellent analytical skills
· Excellent MS Office skills
· Meticulous attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and superior organizational skills
