We are a fast paced, high growth corporation seeking to fill a full-time Marketing Management position. Having been in business for over twenty years, we have an outstanding track record of offering the best service in the industry.

Purpose and Summary:
Under the direction of the CEO, implements marketing and service policies, programs and systems to support strategic direction. Manages and directs marketing and service policy deployment.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Primary Duties Include –
1. Develops annual marketing and service plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives in tandem with CEO.
2. Directs execution of marketing and service policies and practices.
3. Develops and adheres to annual marketing budget.
4. Tracks the success of current marketing programs.
5. Ensures marketing communications are coordinated.
6. Supports marketing plan objectives in conjunction with Sales Manager, Scheduling Manager & Customer Care Manager.
7. Provides leadership in the development of affiliations and partnership arrangements.
8. Provides leadership and support for the design, development and implementation of products and service lines.
9. Oversees and directs market research, competitor analysis and customer service and retention monitoring processes and initiatives.
10. Builds, develops and manages marketing department capable of carrying out needed marketing and service strategies.
11. Manages marketing services including development and distribution of all marketing collateral.

Qualification Requirements, not limited to:
1. Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
2. Planning: an ability to think ahead and plan over a 1-5 year time span.
3. Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
4. Marketing and service systems development and deployment under direction of top management.
5. Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
6. Technical skills in strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research and planning and promotions/advertising.
7. Strong customer orientation.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation and negotiating skills.
9. Hands-on approach with attention to detail and desire to do administrative work.
10. A strong team player.
11. Commitment to company values.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field plus 2-5 to years of progressive Marketing experience.
