This individual shall act as Project Manager of new Company website initiatives,execute upon the MD and nurse strategic plans set forth to improve traffic and usage of Company website, monitor and develop reports on key website metrics established to be used to refine marketing plans and for business development purposes, execute upon the strategic plans to build oncology professional subscriptions to Company website and overall Company brand awareness among oncology physicians and nurses, and manage all electronic communications with Company website subscribers.

Specific Responsibilities
Execute upon the Company website oncology physician and nurse marketing strategies developed by the Director of Marketing to improve site traffic and oncology professional usage (time on site)
Monitor oncology professional usage of Company website based on key metrics established by the Director of Marketing
Create high quality, comprehensible summary reports of key metrics to be used for business development purposes and to measure effectiveness of/refine Company website marketing campaign established
Act as Project Manager for next phases of Company website development
Manage weekly deployment of Company e-NEWS e-mail campaign to Company website nurse subscribers
Coordinate Company trade show booth presence at major oncology conferences
Implement strategic plan developed by Director of Marketing to grow Company website subscriber database
Develop and implement a process to improve upon the quality of the Company website subscriber database
Develop and implement a process to monitor quality control of Company website (e.g., broken links, typos)
Continuously improve upon user navigation of Company website
Manage development of portal analytics tool to be used to evaluate oncology professional usage of Company website
Manage development of Supporter Dashboards that highlight program status/demographics real-time and Company Research data
Assist multimedia manager in Search Engine Optimization of Company website
Position Requirements
Minimum bachelor degree in marketing related field
Minimum (4) four years experience in marketing field, both online and offline
Minimum (4) four years experience in project management, both online and offline
Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry preferred
Skill in computer database management, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
