Marketing Manager, Sales Support
The Sales Support Marketing Manager supports a diverse sales team, championing Military Advantage products, and positioning our offerings as both essential and desirable to the sales team and for clients and consumers. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, the Sales Support Marketing Manager also provides collateral, case studies, presale comps and mockups as needed, and manages the distribution of our outward facing metrics.

Essential Functions:
- Own the product sales process, championing, positioning, and packaging new products to the sales force
- Oversee creation and revision of media kits, sales collateral, and promotional items for sales and various departments as needed
- Research opportunities and support sales efforts through industry standard data services such as @Plan and Media Metrix
- Work with designers to create mockups for potential client business
- Screen RFPs and sales requests for viability and time management
- Develop revenue producing packages for sales
- Work with Senior Sales management to produce and update training materials for sales staff
- Provide event planning, setup and organization for sales
- Produce engaging, informative copy to assist the sales team
Additional Functions:
- Support sales and marketing as needed with collateral
- Work with marketing team members to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Develop marketing plans for internal products as well as clients
- Work with military organizations, businesses and industry contacts to develop mutually beneficial campaigns and offers that add value to our members
- Various marketing-centric activities as needed to support revenue goals and marketing functions
Qualifications:
- 2 - 5 years of experience supporting a regional or national sales team with collateral, target lists, case studies, and development of arguments around the buy
- BA in Marketing or equivalent experience
- Skilled writer with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic team player, willing to “roll up your sleeves” to help team achieve goals
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- Detail, deadline and goal oriented
- Familiarity with military market preferred but not required

There is no relocation assistance offered for this position. Candidates must be willing and able to report to 799 Market St, Suite 700, San Francisco, CA 94103 on a daily basis.
