Marketing Production Planner/Traffic Coordinator
Description:
Our customer, a well known gaming company, is looking for a Production Planner/Traffic Coordinator to assist in their Marketing department.
In this position, you will:
- Oversee the production status of assigned products to ensure the timely submission of assets to meet the publisher targeted release date.
- Review product submission and release timing as transitioned to operations through the evaluation process.
- Track code submissions and approval status through the Release Management group.
- Partner with the Release Management to provide publishers with code submission requirements and QA timing to meet targeted release dates.
- Track meta data and digital asset submission approval status through the Packaging group.
- Partner with the Packaging group to provide publishers with meta data submission requirements and timing coordination to meet targeted release dates.
- Work with manager and group to identify risks and prioritize product release timing.
- Monitor the approval status of product proposals through evaluation.
- Assign product codes, review content descriptors and titles for accuracy as products are transitioned.
- Keep approved signer verification sheets up to date
- Review and maintain wholesale pricing and suggested retail pricing based on business model.
- Follow up with publisher on all related pricing issues.
- Support group by providing accurate wholesale pricing information.
- Process all voucher proposals through the group
- Maintain a status report for vouchers
- Maintain procedural documentation for voucher process and policies
- Create, maintain, and distribute a rolling product forecast.
- Create, maintain, and distribute a weekly 3 month production status report detailing all key workability milestones.
- Work with Operations manager,group, and key stakeholders to document operational procedure updates.
-. Establish an imbedded relationship with business counterparts in the group
- Provide accurate and timely production status updates.
- Provide publisher relations and direct publisher feed back on operational process to the PSN group.
- Establish a strategic business relationship with key publishers
- Complete Any Ad Hoc Projects as Requested.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail Oriented, Organized,
- Ability to understand production related procedures from a micro and macro perspective in order to identify issues and provide the appropriate details
- Ability to navigate a custom data base. Can interpret game development, marketing, and network related jargon.
- Strong planning or project management skills, Ability to multi task, Procedural documentation strength.
-Video game industry experience, operational background is a plus.

Duration: 120 - 180 Days
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly DOE
