The Marketing Program Manager for Local and State Government and Education develops and executes integrated, strategically-focused marketing plans in support of predetermined metrics and pipeline goals. This includes managing the execution of multiple highly complex and/or strategic marketing campaigns and activities. Works closely with inside and external creative teams, web and product/industry marketing to drive results.

Manage the development and delivery of Kronos' marketing programs strategy across State and Local Government
Develop a framework for successfully building marketing programs
Lead the effort in segmenting and targeting key audience groups
Understand the issues and opportunities faced by key functional audiences, including Finance, IT, Operations and HR.
Understand the optimal mediums to effectively communicate to our target audiences
Develop ongoing contact strategy plans to build credibility, awareness and leads within each target audience

Manage expenses across all sub-segments within budget and on forecast

Develop ongoing communication with our regional field marketing teams
Drive consensus building and collaboration
Facilitate cross-group planning with all field regions to drive program success
Manage ongoing communication of program plans and timelines across all target audiences to all field teams

Manage the program planning and creation process through a matrixed organization ensuring adoption by and timely delivery to respective field organizations.

Manage the relationship with in-house creative agency and web team used for program execution

Deliver closed loop analysis of marketing program effectiveness
Identify and improve the processes and technology used to ensure accurate measurement
Identify opportunities to extend programs to field marketing to drive response and accelerate pipeline
Identify and analyze key program metrics and use these measurements to feed back into future program strategy

Management experience achieving results in complex and matrixed environments
Budget management experience in a complex environment
Strong experience in segmenting target audiences within specific industry segments through solution marketing, understanding key participants in the purchasing cycle for technology, developing ongoing communication plans and articulating key messages to drive awareness and leads
Government marketing experience, understanding the unique differences and opportunities in North American markets
A strategic thinker with strong leadership and vision abilities
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills - the ability to build consensus amongst multiple groups representing multiple regions
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing closed loop measurement processes and other technologies required to drive program effectiveness
