General Summary: The Senior Market Manager supervises two or more Marketing Managers. In addition, the Senior Market Manager is responsible for overall management, research, monitoring, and reporting on the effectiveness of demand generation programs. Recommends solution sets, demand generation programs and tactics, and ensures the achievement of program goals. Works closely with the Marketing Programs team for data support, Product Marketing for product issues, and Marketing Communications for communication. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Supervises two or more Market Managers • Responsible for managing program execution in adherence of goals and policies for Business Services prospects • Directs the activities of campaigns, nurturing programs, content creation, advertising, and demand generation events • Manages the demand generation calendar of activities • Defines strategy to increase brand recognition and position XO Solutions • Implements programs and communications specific to generating leads and increasing brand recognition within the Enterprise segment • Works collaboratively with Sales teams to drive lead generation, increase Sales results and acquire new Enterprise customers. • Manages the design, development, and revision of project plans • Reviews complex data to define and assign project tasks • Create and deliver presentations on project plans, goals, and results. • Directs the development and implementation assessment procedures to determine revisions or enhancements for future projects. • Recommend test and control treatments to customers in various groups Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Strong verbal and written skills • Strong PC skills - with significant working knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL • Excellent project management skills • Multi-task oriented and well organized • Strong interpersonal skills • Motivated self-starter Software: • Excel • Word Minimum Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, finance or related fields • Licensures: • Relevant Work Experience: • 8-12 years business-to-business marketing experience • 2-3 years of experience in telecommunications services desirable • Supervise Staff, YES Marketing Managers For quick consideration apply here |
