We are seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst with solid reporting creation and data infrastructure skills to join our client on a 6 month contract-to-permanent basis.  The ideal candidate brings strong skills in T-SQL querying language, Strong Excel skills and ability to develop and maintain complex/dynamic workbooks.  We are looking for someone who can juggle multiple projects simultaneously with a high attention to detail and quality results.

General Duties

• Develop and generate informative and accurate reports.
  
• Translate ambiguous requests into what's desired, not just what's asked for.
  
• Develop and maintain complex/dynamic workbooks
  
• Manage projects from concept through specification, development, test and launch.
  
• Participate in the development and implementation of new reporting tools and administer those tools going forward.
  
• Troubleshoot problems team members encounter with reporting and reporting tools.
  
• Ensure the consistent use of terminology and calculations across all reports.
  
• Provide insight and strategic analysis back to the Search Marketing Teams from an initial concept to fully realized and actionable analysis.
  
• Work with Global team to develop and enhance eloquent data solutions and communication vehicles which will provide value to the business.
  
• Identify and develop analytical opportunities to further overall business efficiencies and performance.

Qualifications:

• Advanced skills in T-SQL querying language
  
• Strong Excel skills, and ability to develop and maintain complex/dynamic workbooks
  
• The ability to work unsupervised and make independent decisions.
  
• The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with a high attention to detail.
  
• The ability to excel in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  
• Experience with search marketing data (SEO/SEM) a plus.

Work Experience and Education Guidelines:

• 4-year college degree required; business or related technical discipline preferred
  
• Five + years of work experience in a similar reporting role, with a prior responsibility for generating and managing business intelligence reports
